Application of Guanxing Highway

Guanxing Highway is a highway from Guanling to Xingyi in Guizhou Province, with many bridges and tunnels along the way. Units such as Highway Company and China Construction Second Engineering Bureau use this route. It is mainly used for waterproof concrete in tunnels.

The raw materials used for the trial mixing and testing of waterproof concrete are Wumeng brand P.032.5 cement, machine rolled coarse sand as fine aggregate, crushed stone with a particle size of 5-40mm as coarse aggregate, and Muhu brand UNF-5 high-efficiency water reducer, UEA, HJ expansion agent. The Guanxing Highway Tunnel has a total of 9000 cubic meters of concrete; The amount of cement used per cubic meter is 320kg; Using UNF-5 saved 58640 yuan compared to using expansion agent. The experimental results indicate that UNF-5 not only has a high water reduction effect, but also has better anti-seepage function.
