建筑辐射保温隔热涂料产品说明书

一、产品概述

建筑辐射保温隔热涂料是一款涂覆于建筑墙体的内表面或者外表面,以水性树脂等高分子改性材料为主要成膜物质,以碱土金属、金属氧化物气凝胶等受激辐射类材料为功能材料,添加颜料、填料、助剂等制成的具有保温隔热性能的涂料。

 三、施工方法及基层处理

慕湖建筑辐射保温隔热涂料在施工过程中干燥时间短,无刺激性气味,在施工的同时不影响房间的正常使用。慕湖建筑辐射保温隔热涂料在涂刷前必须使用电动搅拌工具搅拌约5分钟。施工前做好建筑各部位的保护工作。避免在夏季高温天气阳光直射、雨天或湿度高的条件下施工。雨天外墙应停止施工,刚做完的工程须做好遮蔽保护。使用滚简、毛刷或适合的喷涂工具均匀涂刷。涂刷时慕湖建筑辐射保温隔热涂料不可于其他涂料混用。根据实际情况,喷涂/滚涂前可加入适量矿泉水或纯净水,加水量zui多5%。涂刷表面温度及施工环境温度不能低于0℃。表面干燥约半个小时。平均干燥时间在通常情况下(+20℃/湿度60%)大约24小时,如遇较低的温度或较高的温度应延长干燥时间。基层表面应厚薄均匀、无浮灰、无脱模剂等。用手触摸基层,确保基层干燥、坚实牢固,不应有起砂、起壳、裂缝、疏松、抹痕等缺陷。对于吸收性强的基层,应预先涂刷一道底漆。为防止底层颜色渗透,须预先涂刷一道封闭底漆。使用在金属、混凝土、水泥纤维板等表面上,建议使用特殊底漆作为界面剂增强附着力。

 四、施工步骤

1、基层处理

基层表面应厚薄均匀、无浮灰、无脱模剂等。用手触摸基层,确保基层干燥、坚实牢固,不应有起砂、起壳、裂缝、疏松、抹痕等缺陷。

2、涂刷一道底漆

根据情况选择底漆类型,涂刷后静置约1小时。

3、搅拌

涂刷前必须使用电动搅拌工具搅拌约5分钟。

4、进行第 一道涂刷

建议第 一道使用白色慕湖建筑辐射保温隔热涂料外墙材料进行涂刷。

5、干燥

6、进行第二道涂刷

 五、产品用量

根据基层的类型和吸收性而定,约2.5m'-3m'/kg

粗糙的基层会使涂料用量增 大。确切用量可通过样品试验确定。

 六、贮存

密封存放于干燥、通风、阴凉处,严防霜冻,原密封包装至少可存放12个月。生产日期见产品标签。

MUHU Building Radiant Thermal Insulation Coating

 

I. Product Overview

This advanced coating is designed for application on both interior and exterior building wall surfaces. Formulated with a high-performance blend of water-based resins and polymer-modified film-forming agents, it incorporates functional materials such as alkaline earth metals, metal oxide aerogels, and activated radiant compounds. Enhanced with premium pigments, fillers, and specialized additives, the coating delivers exceptional thermal insulation performance while maintaining superior durability and application properties.

II. Technical Specifications

III. Application Method & Substrate Preparation

The Coating has a short drying time during construction and no irritating odor, allowing normal use of the building while being applied. Before application, the coating must be stirred for about 5 minutes using an electric mixing tool. Protective measures for all parts of the building should be taken before construction. Avoid application under direct sunlight during hot summer, rainy, or high humidity conditions. Exterior wall construction should be halted during raining, and newly completed work must be properly covered for protection.  

Apply the coating evenly using a roller, brush, or a sprayer. Do not mix it with other coatings during application. Depending on actual conditions, a suitable amount of mineral or purified water (up to 5% of the total volume) may be added before spraying/rolling. The surface temperature and ambient temperature during application should not be below 0°C. The surface dries in about half an hour. Under normal conditions (+20°C / 60% humidity), the average drying time is approximately 24 hours. Lower or higher temperatures may require extended drying times.  

The substrate surface should be uniform in thickness, free of loose dust, mold release agents, etc. Check by hand to ensure the substrate is dry, firm, and solid, without defects such as sanding, peeling, cracks, looseness, or trowel marks. For highly absorbent substrates, a primer should be applied beforehand. To prevent underlying color penetration, a sealing primer must be applied first. For surfaces such as metal, concrete, or cement fiberboard, a special primer is recommended as a bonding agent to enhance adhesion.

Complies with the Enterprise Standard Q/SJJN001-2024 "Technical Specification for Building Radiant Thermal Insulation Coatings."

IV. Application Steps

1. Substrate Preparation
The substrate surface should be uniform in thickness, free of loose dust, mold release agents, etc. Check by hand to ensure the substrate is dry, firm, and solid, without defects such as sanding, peeling, cracks, looseness, or trowel marks.

2. Apply the First Coat of Primer
Select the appropriate primer based on conditions and allow it to sit for about 1 hour after application.

3. Mixing
Before application, the coating must be stirred for about 5 minutes using an electric mixing tool.

4. Apply the First Coat
For optimal performance, apply MUHU White Exterior-Grade Radiant Thermal Insulation Coating as the base layer.

V. Product Coverage
The coverage depends on the type and absorbency of the substrate, approximately 2.5–3 m²/kg. Rough substrates may increase coating consumption. The exact amount can be determined through sample testing.

 VI. Storage

Store in a tightly sealed container in a dry, ventilated, and cool place, protected from frost. The product can be stored for at least 12 months in its original sealed packaging. The production date is indicated on the product label.

 VII. Safety Precautions

· Carry the product packaging or label when seeking medical advice.

· Store out of reach of children.

· Read the label before use to prevent environmental contamination.
